I loved preparing this meal. I was able to have some quiet time at home yesterday – one of my friends watched the kiddos as an early birthday present (Happy Birthday to me today!). I almost forgot what it’s like to work through a recipe without interruption!
After I saw these all wrapped up I thought they would be perfect for the campfire. Maybe with some peanut butter cup s’mores for dessert?!
I thought this was a great weeknight meal, but definitely nice enough for company. It came together very easily and it was delicious! I will be trying this recipe again.
