Fun Friday: Instant Pot Giveaway

I’m going to interrupt my regularly scheduled Friday book review for a fun giveaway. You guys know how much I love pressure cookers. I wrote about my obsession here. Since then, I’ve actually purchased another one, this time an official Instant Pot . I am still loving the speed and ease of these appliances, and I can’t wait for how the Instant Pot is going to simplify our lives  once school gets started next week. There’s no end to what this machine can do. In theory, I can now get rid of my slow cooker and my rice cooker (I haven’t let them go just yet, because I’m a bit of a kitchen hoarder … but I’m working on letting go!)

This giveaway is just a fun way to end the summer. I want everyone to own an Instant Pot, and a giveaway seems like a great way to get the message out there! Thankfully there are a few other like minded bloggers who also love their Instant Pots, and we all got together for this giveaway!

  3. I want to try one of these, hoping for lots of good vegetarian options for it!

  4. I would give this to my sister if I won. Hard boiled eggs peel so easy when cooked in a pressure cooker. I’ve made a pork roast and beef pot roast in a pressure cooker and they came out great.
